Within Fastrak you need to tell the Application where funds should be reflected within your Sector Model - https://setfastrak.net/Support/KnowledgeBase/Article?id=10335

You may find that certain funds do not sit wholly and comfortably within a single Sector. Fastrak allows you to reflect this by splitting the fund between multiple Sectors. This functionality is called Multi-Sector split.

To access this functionality, go to Setup / Sector Models. Locate the fund that you wish to split in the Sector that it currently sits in –

Right-click on the fund and the following will appear –

Click on the “Multi-sector split…” and the following will appear –

It is then just a case of starting at the top of the list in the first figures box and amending the percentages. Please use the Tab function to work down the list, adjusting the percentages as you go. Using this method means that the running total at the bottom will remain at 100% and the figures will change to ensure that they add up to 100%.

NB – if you click in the figures box randomly this can allow you to add figures that add up to more than 100% and will result in your Reports displaying incorrectly.

You can tab forward and backwards to get the figures correct in the relevant Sectors. Once you are happy with these please click “Save”

The Fund will now appear in ALL the Sectors where you have entered a percentage. Initially the allocated percentage will appear next to the Fund but once you move off the page or refresh your Browser this will disappear.
